Heidelberg is one of the most beautiful towns in Germany and symbol for the good old Germany. Over the years, Heidelberg's beauty has drawn a number of poets, painters and scientists. The name Heidelberg also stands for a modern science and business location of international renown.

Our language school is situated in the middle of the vibrant center of the university city Heidelberg, in the very vicinity of the river Neckar and the famous castle.

The atmosphere in the school is very international: The German courses are attended by students from over 90 countries annually.


		German courses for children and teenagers in HEIDELBERG Summer Course for young people from 7-15

	>> THE LANGUAGE COURSES There will be 20 lessons of 45 minutes per week. The maximum number per class is 10. The students can start with 3 age groups: 7-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years. We guarantee lessons at all levels of the Common European Framework of Reference. The students will follow courses with many nationalities in one class. >> TEACHERS & SUPERVISORS The children are always looked after by experienced personnel and accompanied to the school and activities. All teachers have university degrees. Not only are they experienced teachers of German but they are also interesting people to talk to.

>> ACCOMMODATION & ARRIVAL

Arrival: Sunday
Departure: Saturday

Young learners live with a carefully selected host family: the host family provides half board, i.e. breakfast and evening meal, from Monday to Saturday, and full board on Sunday.

The children will get second breakfast and lunch in the school restaurant.

Transfer is not included in the price. The children can be picked up from airports and stations on Sundays between 9 am – 24 pm.

Daily accompaniment from the host family to the school and back can be booked separately.

>> ACTIVITIES

Monday to Saturday; 13:30 – 17:00.
A selection: Neckar boat trip, walk through Heidelberg, visit to the zoo, the Fairytale Paradise on the Königstuhl, Heidelberg castle, sporting activities and picnic on the banks of the Neckar, mini golf, shared cooking, visit to the nearby thermal baths and much more.
Admission (museums, swimming pool etc.) and tickets for the Neckar boat trip are included, but not public transport costs (weekly ticket: ca. 20 €, monthly: ca. 60 €).
